big8 — About Us

big8's Story and Our Goal

big8 was built on a simple but deeply felt understanding — the millions of online gamers in Bangladesh need a platform that speaks their language, understands their payment methods, and puts their security first. With that goal in mind, we created a gaming environment where every step is straightforward, transparent, and player-friendly.

Our mission is to give every player in Bangladesh a world-class gaming experience — fully in Bengali, through familiar local payment methods, and in a safe environment. At big8 you'll find slots, live casino, cricket betting, and more — all under one roof, on any device.

We believe enjoyable gaming doesn't require complicated processes. That's why at big8, every step — from creating an account to making a deposit, playing games, and withdrawing winnings — has been made as simple as possible. Deposits start from just ৳300 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer, and withdrawals are typically processed within one hour.

Our players are big8's greatest strength. We consider every member part of our family. Our VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond — where regular players enjoy weekly cashback, special bonuses, and personalized service. We want every one of our players to feel valued.

Player safety and privacy are our highest priority. Operating with SSL encryption, fair play assurance, and responsible gaming policies, big8 runs as a transparent and trustworthy platform. We never encourage players to play beyond their means — our goal is to build a healthy and enjoyable gaming culture.

Round-the-clock support in Bengali is another key difference we offer. Whatever the issue, day or night — our live chat team is always ready. Our commitment is to speak to you in plain Bengali and resolve your issue quickly. To reach us by email, write to [email protected].
