Please read these terms carefully before using the big8 platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the big8 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). By registering on big8, using an account, or accessing any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
big8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. You are advised to read the latest Terms before each use.

General Terms
1.1 Nature of Agreement
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between big8 and the user. Accessing the platform, registering, or using any service means you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms.
1.2 Language & Interpretation
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation or alternative version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
1.3 Right to Modify
big8 may amend these Terms at any time for reasonable cause. Users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.4 Additional Policies
In addition to these Terms, big8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply. Together, these three documents form the complete agreement.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
2.1 Minimum Age
Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the big8 platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Failure to verify age, or providing false information, will result in immediate account closure.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
Users must confirm that conducting online gaming activities from their location is legally permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Only one account may be opened per individual. If a person operates multiple accounts, all of them may be closed and balances may be forfeited.
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
3.2 Identity Verification
big8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and address at any time. Users may be required to submit relevant documents (national ID card, passport, or equivalent).
3.3 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify big8 support immediately. big8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.
3.4 Updating Account Information
It is mandatory to notify big8 support immediately of any changes to registered information (address, phone number, email).
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the big8 platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals can only be made from accounts with verified identity. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
4.3 Payment Restrictions
- Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are not permitted.
- The source of deposited funds must be lawful. Verification may be requested for suspicious transactions.
- It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the big8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
big8 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets to withdraw bonus winnings.
5.3 Bonus Rules
- The bonus can be claimed only once and is non-transferable.
- The maximum withdrawable amount earned with a bonus is determined by big8.
- big8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse of the bonus system is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program
big8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — maximum weekly cashback 0.3%; Silver — 0.6%; Gold — 0.9%; Platinum — 1.2%; Diamond — 1.5%. Tier advancement depends on playing consistency and activity.
Betting & Gaming
6.1 Betting Terms
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a network issue or technical error, the relevant amount will be returned to the account.
6.2 Sports Betting
Real-time odds apply for sports betting. big8 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. Results are determined based on the official outcomes of the relevant sports authority.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. big8 and its game providers ensure the integrity of all games.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a technical error produces an abnormal result, big8 reserves the right to void that bet. big8's decision in such matters is final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big8 platform:
- Assisting minors in using the platform.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using false or forged identity documents.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Abusing the bonus system, such as cycling the same transaction to claim bonuses.
- Using software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
- Unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to disrupt or damage the platform's operations.
- Unauthorized use of big8's brand, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.
Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
big8 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or third parties.
8.2 Limitation of Damages
big8's liability for any user loss due to technical errors, network issues, or other unforeseen circumstances is limited. big8 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
8.3 Third-Party Services
big8 does not control the operations of third-party payment providers or game developers. big8's liability for issues arising from them is limited.
Privacy & Data
9.1 Data Collection

9.2 Data Protection
big8 uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to keep user data safe. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

11.1 big8's Rights

- Court order or legal requirement.
11.2 User Rights
A user may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.
11.3 Inactive Accounts
big8 may charge a maintenance fee for accounts that have been inactive for a long period. Advance notice will be given in this regard.
